The survey aims to understand the regulatory context in terms of barriers and opportunities for a successful adoption of VIPV and ePIPV solutions.
The SOLAR-MOVE project aims to propose and develop VIPV and ePIPV solutions to support the widespread adoption of EVs with integrated photovoltaic solutions.
This survey aims to contribute to this goal by analysing the views of key stakeholder groups. The survey results could provide insights into existing and emerging best practices in regulatory frameworks and identify regulatory barriers to procurement, investment, and deployment linked to the sectors they represent.
The target audience is:

- Supply chain,
- Charge point operators (CPO),
- E-mobility service providers (EMSP),
- PV cell or module manufacturers,

- Local authorities,
- Regional authorities.
The survey covers the following topics, and participants can choose to respond to one or both topics:
- Part 1: Vehicle system side – Vehicle Integrated Photovoltaics (VIPV)
- Part 2: Building-integrated PVs and Positive Energy Districts – Electric Vehicle Compliant Parking Lot Integrated PV (ePIPV)
Specific themes covered in the survey include:
- Regulatory framework needs for VIPV and ePIPV deployment,
- Barriers for VIPV and ePIPV deployment,
- Drivers for VIPV and ePIPV deployment.
Information gathered in this survey is anonymous (no personally identifying information collected unless you voluntarily write in an email at the end for potential follow-up), and the results will be used within the consortium to support and enhance the goals of the project.
